Role overview

Join a supportive, community-focused team delivering meaningful Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants across SEQ. This part-time role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong team support, ideal for an OT seeking balance. You’ll manage a primarily paediatric caseload, with opportunities to support families across developmental, behavioural, and functional needs, while staying connected to a collaborative, values-driven team.


Caseload includes

  • NDIS assessments and reporting
  • Paediatric and adult therapy
  • Equipment prescription
  • Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Behavioural and cognitive support



About you

You’re a confident, community-based Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, autonomy, and quality client outcomes. You enjoy managing your own schedule while knowing support is always there when needed.


What we’re looking for

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience delivering paediatric Occupational Therapy
  • Strong NDIS assessment and report writing skills
  • Confident working autonomously in the community
  • Full driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
  • Multilingual skills would be advantageous
